| EDWARD J. ETZEL,
Developer Ed Etzel is not new
to the building industry. As a young boy
he started working with his father and brother
in the family's masonry business. Etzel
Masonry’s work can be viewed all over
Western Pennsylvania from residential homes
to commercial buildings to school districts
and even stone monuments. Ed started his
own construction company in 1987, building
spec homes. In 1996 Ed partnered and started
E & E, building townhouses, garden homes,
and condominiums.
You can view some of his communities in
the following areas. . . Stoneridge in Butler
Township, located at the corner of Whitestown
Road and Acre Avenue. Hidden Meadows in
Connoquenessing Township, located on Hidden
Meadows Drive and the newest condominium
development, and Chestnut Grove also on
the westside of Butler located in Franklin
Township.
Ed’s present development Chestnut
Grove is the creation of 152 customized
condominiums which offer the freedom from
yard work, snow removal and exterior maintenance.
Choosing to live at Chestnut Grove is the
obvious choice with its proximity to everyday
amenities and exceptional value that can’t
be found anywhere else.
